InfiniteScan 做什么

InfiniteScan 在 iPhone 或 iPad 上重建厂房、仓库和工地一类的大空间。您边走边扫，应用用摄像头和设备深度传感器生成点云，并保存在本机。

扫描与预览免费，不需要注册。
第一次保存免费。之后每次保存使用 Apple 应用内购买，价格以购买页显示为准。未保存不收费。
保存之后可以在本机查看，也可以导出。
需要在 Mac 上继续处理时，可以把数据包发到同一局域网里您自己的电脑。

怎么用

打开 InfiniteScan，允许相机访问。
点开始扫描，缓慢走动，让镜头覆盖要重建的区域。避免快速甩动和长时间遮挡镜头。
结束后先预览。需要留下模型时再保存。
已保存的模型在应用内的模型库中打开。也可用访达或「文件」App 拷出。

带 LiDAR 的 iPhone、iPad 效果更稳。光线过暗、反光地面或大面积白墙会让重建变差，可补扫一遍漏掉的区域。

常见问题

提示没有相机权限。打开系统设置 → InfiniteScan → 打开相机。本地网络权限只在发送到 Mac 时需要。

收不到短信验证码。登录是可选的。请确认手机号填写完整，稍等后重试。仍然失败就发邮件给我们，注明手机号和时间。

保存或购买失败。确认已登录 Apple ID，且购买页上的价格已显示。取消购买不会保存模型。若已扣款但没有保存成功，请把 Apple 收据时间发到支持邮箱。

找不到 Mac。手机和 Mac 需在同一 Wi-Fi，不能只用蜂窝网络。在 Mac 上查看配对码，或在应用里改用 IP 和端口手动连接。

想删除账号。在设置里退出登录只清除这台设备上的登录状态。删除服务器账号请发邮件，我们会删除该手机号对应的账号和保存记录。本机模型需您自己删除。

What InfiniteScan does

InfiniteScan reconstructs large spaces such as factories, warehouses, and job sites on an iPhone or iPad. You walk through the space. The app uses the camera and the device depth sensor to build a point cloud and keeps it on the device.

Scanning and preview are free and do not require an account.
The first save is free. Later saves use Apple In-App Purchase. The price is shown on the purchase sheet before you pay. Nothing is charged until you save.
After a save you can open the model on the device and export it.
If you want to continue on a Mac, you can send the dataset to your own computer on the same local network.

How to scan

Open InfiniteScan and allow camera access.
Start a scan and walk slowly so the camera covers the area. Avoid fast swings and covering the lens.
Preview first. Save only when you want to keep the model.
Saved models open from the in-app library. You can also copy them out with Finder or the Files app.

An iPhone or iPad with LiDAR is more stable. Very dark scenes, shiny floors, and large blank walls reduce quality. Rescan any area you missed.

Common issues

Camera access is off. Open Settings → InfiniteScan → turn Camera on. Local Network is needed only for Send to Mac.

The SMS code never arrives. Sign-in is optional. Check the full phone number and try again after a short wait. If it still fails, email us with the number and the time you tried.

Save or purchase failed. Confirm you are signed in with an Apple ID and that the purchase sheet shows a price. Cancelling the purchase does not save the model. If you were charged and the save still failed, email the time on the Apple receipt.

The Mac is not found. The phone and the Mac must be on the same Wi-Fi. Cellular alone is not enough. Read the pairing code on the Mac, or connect with the IP address and port in the app.

Delete an account. Log Out in Settings clears the session on this device only. To delete the server account, email us and we will remove the account and save records for that phone number. Delete models on the device yourself.
