InfiniteScan 用于在您的 iPhone 或 iPad 上做大场景三维重建。扫描影像和三维模型默认只留在您的设备上。我们不会出售个人信息，也不会用这些数据做广告追踪。
1. 我们是谁
本政策说明 InfiniteScan 在您使用该应用时如何处理信息。若您不同意本政策，请停止使用并卸载应用。
2. 我们处理哪些信息

3. 权限用途
- 相机：三维扫描、房间采集，以及扫描 Mac 配对二维码。
- 麦克风：可选。只在录制引导视频并保留环境声时使用。
- 本地网络：把训练数据包发到同一 Wi-Fi 下您自己的 Mac。
您可以在系统设置中关闭这些权限。关闭相机后将无法扫描。
4. 我们如何使用
- 在本机完成扫描、预览、保存和导出。
- 在您登录时核验手机号并维持登录状态。
- 计算首次免费保存以及之后的应用内购买额度。
- 在您主动操作时，把数据包传到您指定的 Mac。
- 回应您发给技术支持的问题。
扫描和预览不需要账号。不保存模型不会产生费用。
5. 存储与保留
扫描结果、模型文件和应用设置保存在您的设备上。卸载应用，或您在本机删除这些文件后，它们会从该设备清除。开启文件共享后，您也可以用访达或「文件」App 自行拷出。
若您登录，我们会在服务器上保留手机号、账号标识和与保存次数相关的记录，直到您要求删除账号。短信验证码在验证完成后不再保留为可用凭证。您在本机退出登录后，该设备上的登录令牌会被清除；服务器上的账号需另行申请删除。
6. 共享
我们不出售、不出租、不交换您的个人信息。
- Apple：应用分发和应用内购买由 Apple 按其隐私政策处理。
- 短信服务：您请求验证码时，手机号会交由短信通道发送验证码，仅用于登录，不用于营销。
- 您自己的 Mac：仅在您发起传输时，数据包发往您配对的电脑。
法律法规要求，或为保护用户、公众和我们的合法权益所必要时，我们可能依法提供相关信息。
7. 您的权利
- 查阅和更正：在「设置」中查看已登录的手机号；扫描记录在应用内的模型库中查看或删除。
- 退出登录：在「设置」中退出，清除本机登录状态。
- 删除账号：发邮件至 zuck.xu@pqitech.com，我们会删除服务器上与该手机号关联的账号和保存记录。本机模型请您自行删除。
- 撤回同意：停止使用、关闭系统权限或卸载应用。
8. 未成年人
InfiniteScan 面向成年人使用，不面向 14 周岁以下儿童。未成年人请在监护人同意和指导下使用。如果我们发现在未经监护人同意的情况下收集了儿童个人信息，会尽快删除。
9. 政策更新
我们可能更新本政策。更新后的文本会发布在本页面，并修改生效日期。若变更会明显影响您的权利，我们会在应用内或以其他适当方式提示。

InfiniteScan reconstructs large spaces on your iPhone or iPad. Scan imagery and 3D models stay on your device unless you choose to send a dataset to your own Mac. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
1. Who we are
This policy explains what InfiniteScan processes when you use the app. If you do not agree, stop using the app and delete it.

We do not collect precise location, we do not use advertising or tracking SDKs, and we do not read your photo library. Exports happen only when you share or copy files yourself.
3. Permissions
- Camera: 3D scanning, room capture, and scanning the Mac pairing QR code.
- Microphone: optional, only for ambient audio on guided video.
- Local Network: sending a training dataset to your Mac on the same Wi-Fi.
You can turn these off in Settings. Scanning needs the camera.
4. How we use it
- Scan, preview, save, and export on your device.
- Verify your phone number and keep you signed in, if you choose to sign in.
- Apply the free first save and later in-app purchases.
- Transfer a dataset to a Mac you pair, when you start that transfer.
- Answer support requests you send us.
Scanning and preview do not require an account. You are not charged unless you save.
5. Storage and retention
Scans, model files, and settings stay on your device. Uninstalling the app, or deleting those files on the device, removes them from that device. File sharing is enabled so you can copy them out with Finder or the Files app.
If you sign in, we keep the phone number, account id, and save-related records on our server until you ask us to delete the account. SMS codes are not kept as reusable credentials after verification. Logging out clears the token on that device. Deleting the server account is a separate request.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
- Apple distributes the app and processes in-app purchases under Apple’s privacy policy.
- An SMS provider receives your phone number only to deliver a login code. We do not use that channel for marketing.
- Your own Mac receives a dataset only when you start a transfer to a computer you paired.
We may disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect users, the public, or our legitimate rights.
7. Your choices
- Access and correct: the signed-in phone number is shown in Settings. Scans stay in the on-device library, where you can delete them.
- Log out: Settings clears the session on this device.
- Delete the account: email zuck.xu@pqitech.com. We will delete the server account and save records tied to that phone number. Delete on-device models yourself.
- Withdraw consent: stop using the app, turn permissions off, or uninstall it.
8. Children
InfiniteScan is for adults. It is not directed at children under 14. Minors should use it only with a guardian’s consent and guidance. If we learn that we have collected a child’s personal information without that consent, we will delete it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The new text will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will give notice in the app or by another appropriate means.
